Marco Camilli

Born in 1990, passionate about cinema since he was a teenager. After getting his diploma, he pursued his passion for video, starting to work as an editor and an operator for commercials, documentaries and promotional videos. In 2012 he enrolled in the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia – Sede Abruzzo and in 2015 he ended his studies with the creation of the documentary “Exhibit Human”, taking care of the co-direction and the editing. “Exhibit Human” finalist in best foreign film at the 44th edition of the Student Academy Awards. In the same year he began a collaboration with the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia as a tutor and a teacher. He continued to make videos as director and editor (an example is “Crown SV30”, finalist at the Trailer FilmFest). In 2018 he signed the editing for “Siamo come Genova”, directed by Paolo Santamaria, a documentary about the Italian band Ex-Otago. In 2019 he became certified colorist Black Magic Design.
